At Seche, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened and unused.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Seche account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the package to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
